Well my idea is this. When you go to send someone a private message, you can add a thing to attach files to it. And when the person opens it, it says a link "download attached file" Just a suggestion. I wonder what everyone thinks about this. So then we can get the songs, and all that stuff from our friends. What do you think?

um, no, what the hell are messengers for if not to send files. get the messengers, and you'll get your files, cause what if someone sends a virus? shoud the cl's and admins have to deal with them? no

Hmmmm, sending songs and movies... Most of which probably wouldn't be legal. Agreed that messengers, Email, yousendit, or FTP are probably better ways to do this.

OK, it was just an idea.

Agreed: Get off your lazy ass and use email, messengers and FTPs to do this. Besides it'd take up alot of bandwidth. And then theres that chance that the files could be carrying worms, viruses and even spy/adware.

Hey, you do not even know me, so do not talk to me like that.

Ok, well this would be good, but i mean space/bw? lets say that 1500 users test this out by sending out a 3 mb song, so thats 4.5 gb? of space taken up.
So lets say that 10 gigs bandwidth would be used.
Use something like sendmefile.com for file hosting or navlem.uni.cc.
